Qigong - with Chris Watkins

Description: Tuesday mornings starting 13th February 2018

A series of six drop in classes run by Chris Watkins for people interested in learning the ancient Chinese health care practice of Qigong.

Qigong integrates physical exercises, breathing techniques and focused intention to create an awareness of and influence dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs. Qigong’s gentle, rhythmic movements reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system.

Chris has been practicing various forms of Qigong for over 25 years and has recently completed the Zhineng teacher training, a form created by Dr. Ming Pang.
