Daily meditation was one of the core values at the heart of the founding of The Salisbury Centre, over 40 years ago. Today we still maintain this practice as a means of personal spiritual development but also as a service to our community. ¨ Every weekday (Mon-Fri) at 08:00 and 17:30 ¨ Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time ¨ Non-denominational ¨ 30 minutes silent sitting meditation ¨ Everyone welcome ¨ No experience needed ¨ Free of charge ¨ No need to book ¨ No need to bring anything

Description:
Come along to The Salisbury Center and experience the wonderful benefits of Qigong at our regular Tuesday morning drop-in classes. The classes are suitable for all ages and include guided meditations, gentle physical exercises and body awareness techniques. The Classes run from 11.00-12.00 for the next eight weeks. Developed in China over five thousands years ago Qigong is at the core of traditional Chinese medicine, meditation, health and well-being practices. Description:
Mindful Singing with Sarah Ann,Sarah, and Kristine Come and connect with song, nature, and the stillness that surrounds the music. Through simple harmonies and rounds, mostly related to the seasons, we can find our voices together and enjoy the ease of sounding. Whether you're completely new to singing or have much experience already - everyone is welcome! This is a joint initiative of Sarah-Ann Askew, Sarah Parkes and Kristine Mackenzie-Janson - each of us inspired to sing with others in a co-created space which celebrates the shared experience and the simple joy of song and silence.
