Foundation Training Beginners Course

Foundation Training teaches you how to use and move your body properly to reverse the effects of our modern lifestyles that leave so much of us in pain and highly susceptible to injury.

These exercises are purely body weight, there is no impact and can be altered to suit any fitness level, age or ability.

Foundation Training is completely different to yoga and Pilates and is helping people MOVE away from pain all over the world.

COURSE DETAILS
The course comprises of 4 x 1 hour sessions spread fortnightly over 8 weeks. The sessions will be largely practical but the theory behind the exercises will be explained as we go to maximise your understanding.

The course costs £80 which will include a booklet of the exercises and mats will be provided.
