Advance Notice: Open Meditation will take a break for the summer, from Monday 17 July until Friday 1 September 2017 inclusive. Daily meditation was one of the core values at the heart of the founding of The Salisbury Centre, over 40 years ago. Today we still maintain this practice as a means of personal spiritual development but also as a service to our community. ¨ Every weekday (Mon-Fri) at 08:00 and 17:30 ¨ Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time ¨ Non-denominational ¨ 30 minutes silent sitting meditation ¨ Everyone welcome ¨ No experience needed ¨ Free of charge ¨ No need to book ¨ No need to bring anything
